Wherever you go, we’re here for it.

With the significant amount of time, resources, and extra training needed to complete international health certificates, many veterinarians are choosing to no longer offer it as a service to their clients. Let Music City Veterinary takes away the stress of health certification by coming to you for exams, services, and certificate completion.

Our health certificate services include a pre-visit telemedicine appointment, an in-home veterinary exam with collection of labs,* vaccinations,* microchipping,* and any other required services, and completion of the USDA health certificate application.

Please note that health certificate requests are time-sensitive and dependent upon the specific destination. Requests within one week of travel are not guaranteed to be granted and will be assessed a rush fee of $250.
